- Connection error: Deprecated option

- Unable to install ExpressVPN due to incomplete uninstall
- Unable to connect: All TAP-Windows adapter in use
- Unable to connect: No TAP-Windows adapter on this system
- Unable to connect: Incorrect system date and time
- Unable to connect: TLS handshake failed
- Unable to connect: Multiple TAP/Unable to use adapter
- Unable to connect: Client services errors
- Unable to connect: Remote access services error
- Unable to connect: Filename, directory name error
- Unstable connection: Frag TTL expired
- Valid requested name but no IP address/Host not found

If you’re using a Mac, and the log file or diagnostics shows no connection but no error message either, this might be a problem with loading the Kext.

The ExpressVPN iOS app does not have connection error logs.
